Make sure the theme is XHTML complain

I just upgraded the theme and it still doesn’t pass the validator from W3C 1.
Please, make sure to check the theme for new versions.
Leaving cosmetic changes (unclosed tags like instead of
) there’s a missing </fieldset> in index.php (I installed 2.2.1).
After displaying the code block to display tags there are a couple of </div> and an <?php endwhile>
In between those two <div> is missing a </fieldset> tag.
